is seeking a
Siemens NX CAD Expert
to support a company focused on security systems within the DOD. This position is
on-site at Cincinnati, Ohio . This is a 6-month contract to hire opportunity supporting a national leader in secure, resilient power and technology systems. The expert will deploy Siemens NX and improve model-based design processes for advanced aircraft engines. Join a mission-critical team driving innovation for the USAF program.
Responsibilities for the Siemens NX CAD Expert include:
Support government customers with NX product knowledge (Administration & Design)
Collaborate in Agile/Scrum processes, attend project status meetings, and coordinate with cross‑functional teams
Develop scripts in Python, Perl, or CGI to automate engineering workflows
Provide clear updates during project status calls and assist with process improvements
Required Qualifications for the Siemens NX CAD Expert include:
Strong knowledge of NX modules: Modeling, Assemblies, Drafting
Proficiency in scripting languages: Python, Perl, CGI
Bachelor’s degree or associate degree with 3+ years of experience OR High School Diploma with 5+ years of experience
Must be able to obtain/maintain an active U.S. Government Secret clearance
Compensation for the Siemens NX CAD Expert includes:
Salary Range: $100,000 – $145,000 depending on experience
