About the Role The
Production Planner
plays a vital role in coordinating how our equipment is built, bringing together design, materials, and production schedules to keep projects on track.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structure, problem-solving, and continuous improvement within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
What You Will Do
Lead and improve production scheduling, ensuring accurate timelines and resource planning
Develop, maintain and enhance Bills of Materials (BOMs) and part numbers in our ERP system to drive accuracy and structure
Manage material requirements, plan, track and coordinate work schedules for smooth project delivery
Work closely with Production, Engineering, Purchasing and Sales to align materials, designs and timelines to keep project handovers seamless
Support sourcing decisions and materials planning based on design requirements
Suggest and drive continuous improvements across processes and workflows
Communicate with suppliers, sales agents and internal teams to keep projects moving
You will thrive in this role if you bring:
Experience in production planning, manufacturing coordination, or engineering support
Strong scheduling capability, with MS Projects experience highly regarded
Solid understanding of BOMs, ERP systems, Excel, and material management
Sharp problem‑solving skills and the ability to bring people together to get things done
Excellent communication, attention to detail and a collaborative mindset
