Pay : We offer our Facilities Maintenance Technician a competitive wage of
$17–$20 per hour .

ABOUT THIS ROLE This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with
overtime available .
As our Facilities Maintenance Technician, you'll be responsible for maintaining our facilities and grounds, including general repairs, lawn care, irrigation upkeep, and painting. Each day brings a mix of tasks that keep our properties safe, clean, and professional. You'll be a key part of our operations, ensuring everything looks great and functions properly.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN A FACILITIES MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN You might be perfect for this position if you can meet the following qualifications:
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
High school diploma or equivalent
Prior handyman, maintenance, or facilities experience is preferred.
