PRN Occupational Therapist (OT)

What You’ll Do:
Implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the rehabilitation team
Conduct thorough evaluations and establish measurable short- and long-term therapy goals
Educate residents, families, and caregivers on techniques that support ongoing progress
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate comprehensive care
What You’ll Bring:
Active Occupational Therapist license (OTR/L) in Indiana or graduation from an accredited OT program
Commitment to patient-centered care and strong communication skills
