Scope
We are seeking a Christ-loving, registered nurse to work under the Director of Clinical Services to grow PreBorn!’s Telehealth presence with our target audiences. Utilize your skills and life to increase your service to Jesus Christ by working alongside us in saving babies and souls.

A Little About Us PreBorn! is a national grant‑maker exclusively for pregnancy clinics across the U.S. (and a few beyond)! We empower clinics through providing training, consultation, and equipment to help rescue babies from abortion and bring mothers and their families to the saving knowledge of Christ. We are a Christ‑centered and Christ‑directed non‑profit that seeks to operate with excellence, efficiency, and innovation. Agreement with and adherence to PreBorn!’s Statement of Faith and Code of Christian Conduct.

Willingness to intercede before God for the ministry of PreBorn!.
Registered Nurse
Unrestrictive RN Multi‑state Compact License in a nursing compact state.
Good standing with the Board of Registered Nurses required.
BLS certified.
At least 2 or more years of clinical experience in Emergency Care, Intensive Care, or Labor and Delivery preferred.
Uses clinical judgement/clinical reasoning skills to make quick clinical assessments or triaging to identify a nursing diagnosis based on the client’s needs and implements an individualized plan of care and then evaluates the patient’s response according to practice standards.
Ability to utilize clinical inquiry systematically and evaluate the quality and effectiveness of nursing practice, including, but not limited to sensitive indicators.
Must have a suitable home office that meets current HIPAA/Federal/State regulations.
Identifies personal and professional goals with nursing practice and participates in decision‑making process.
Knowledge of medical terminology.
Must be able to communicate thoughts clearly, both verbally and in writing.
Proficient keyboarding skills and strong technical aptitude.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Effectively collaborate with different team members with varying degrees of expertise and experience.
Duties
Promote a safe and seamless transition through the healthcare encounter without preventable complications or delays.
Delegate interventions and work with Network Care Provider staff based on the Nursing Practice Act and the American Nurses Association.
Identify and prioritize patient and family needs.
Develop, implement, and evaluate the nursing plan of care.
Support evidence‑based practice changes through research utilization and experiential learning.
Participate in quality/performance improvement initiatives.
Create a compassionate, supportive, safe, and therapeutic environment for patients.
Develop therapeutic relationships and maintain appropriate boundaries.
Manage emotional/spiritual/physical pain by promoting comfort and healing and preventing unnecessary suffering.
Preserve and protect the confidentiality, autonomy, dignity, and rights of the patient and represent their concerns.
Create an individualized care plan that accurately reflects PreBorn!’s Statement of Faith.
Facilitate learning for patients/families, nursing staff, or other members of the health care team and community; integrating appropriate education throughout the continuum of care to help them participate and or make informed decisions about their health care and treatments, including health promotions and disease prevention.
Assess learning needs and outcomes.
Observe changes in medical/spiritual/emotional condition of patients and effectively communicate changes to other nursing staff members or refer to outside providers (particularly in emergency situations/conditions).
Knowledge of laws, rules, regulations, and standards of care including policies and procedures related to telehealth guidelines set in place by the American Nurses Association.
Prepare patients for clinical follow‑up at local Network Care Providers.
Perform other duties as assigned, understanding that the role will evolve as the program matures.
