JR2181**Job Description:**# $2,500 Sign-On Bonus!We're looking for an **Outpatient Clinician** to join our Military and Veterans Campus team in Franklin, NH! The individual in this key position will be responsible for providing individual and group counseling, supportive services, ASAM level of care determination, clinical assessment, and treatment planning to clients in our outpatient program. As an Outpatient Clinician, you will provide documentation of all clinical services delivered according to state and agency regulations, and be responsible for the following:* Facilitates clinical group therapy and provides individual counseling services to clients. Participates regularly in treatment team meetings, group supervision, and program evaluation.* Completes biopsychosocial assessments, progress notes, mental status exams, treatment planning, and discharge summaries with clients in the outpatient setting.* Assures the services provided and documentation comply with applicable Federal and State regulations as well as agency policies and procedures.* Provide crisis intervention and de-escalation interventions to clients when needed.* Collaborates with agency colleagues and outside community resources to provide efficient client care coordination.* Maintains ethical boundaries and conducts themselves professionally in all interactions with staff and clients.* Promptly responds to requests for clinical information from other care providers and state agencies.**Qualifications:*** Master’s degree in a behavioral health or related field with two (2) years’ experience working in substance use disorder treatment setting; valid NH licensure as a Master Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (MLADC) preferred OR* Bachelor’s degree in a behavioral health or related field WITH valid NH licensure as a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC) and four (4) years’ experience working in a substance use disorder treatment setting OR* Associate’s degree in a behavioral health or related field WITH valid NH licensure as a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC) and eight (8) years’ experience working in a substance use disorder treatment setting* Proficiency in ASAM criteria and 12 core functions with knowledge of dual diagnosis treatment and evidence-based practice* Prior military service and/or experience working with veterans and military families preferred.* Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation**Hours:** This is a full-time, exempt position**Compensation:** $65,000 - $79,040 annually, dependent upon education, licensure and experience.*Sign On Bonus is paid at 3 and 6 months of continued full-time employment - the bonus is subject to all taxes, deductions and voluntary deductions elected.*We offer a comprehensive benefits package for full-time, eligible employees, including:* Medical, Dental, Vision, Life & Disability* PTO begins accruing on your first day!* Up to 9 paid holidays annually, plus one floating holiday of your choice.
