Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy LISW, LPCC, or LMFT licensure required Minimum two years of supervisory experience with youth and families in a mental health setting Knowledge of DSM‑5 and diagnostic criteria; experience with family systems and crisis intervention preferred First Aid and CPR training required and provided by agency Valid driver’s license and driving record meeting agency insurance criteria; approved to transport clients in own vehicle Summary:
Under the Mobile Response Stabilization Program Manager, the Licensed Shift Supervisor will take and assign crisis calls from the 24/7 hotline, ensuring clinicians respond face‑to‑face (in person or via video conferencing) to high‑risk crisis situations within an hour. No productivity expectation due to reliance on crisis calls placed by the community. Essential Duties:
Provide clinical supervision Manage program needs including scheduling, programming, and administration to maintain effective therapeutic programming during shift Manage agency required documents and reporting systems Step in and cover clinical role of the program to keep operations during staffing shortages Contribute to development and maintenance of the clinical record through timely documentation in accordance with licensing and accreditation standards Respect client privacy and confidentiality, handling all client‑related documents in accordance with agency guidelines Other Duties:
Attend scheduled staff meetings, supervision, and ongoing training Maintain current trainings, certifications, and licensure per licensing and accreditation regulations Maintain high ethical and professional conduct, adhering to agency policies and procedures Other duties as assigned by management Applewood Centers, Inc. is a private, nonprofit agency providing mental health services, social services, and education to children, adolescents, and families in Cuyahoga and Lorain counties.
