$115,000 – $120,000 per year Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Location:

Role Summary In this role, you will provide structured mental health counseling to adult and adolescent clients across Indiana through a secure telehealth platform. Your daily work focuses on assessment, treatment planning, and ongoing therapy sessions that help clients manage emotional, behavioral, and life-transition challenges. You will also guide supervisees by offering clinical feedback and oversight to support quality care.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
Provide ongoing virtual therapy sessions aligned with best practices
Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
Support and supervise associate-level clinicians as assigned
Collaborate with care teams to ensure continuity of treatment
Monitor client progress and adjust interventions as needed
Qualifications
Active Indiana LMHC license in good standing
Master’s degree in Counseling or a related field
Previous experience in outpatient or telehealth therapy settings
Supervisory or leadership experience preferred
Strong familiarity with clinical documentation standards
