VCA Animal Hospital of Plainfield
is looking to add a Registered Veterinary Technician to our leadership team as a
Technician Supervisor.
Schedule:
Full-time opportunity, 4 x 10 hour shifts with rotating Saturdays.
Compensation:
$20 - 28/hr; pay range is determined by skill set and years of experience in the field.

You will work alongside our Medical Director and Hospital Manager to provide mentorship, ensure the hospital runs efficiently, and foster a winning environment. You will have the opportunity to build your leadership skills and have a clear career path.
Responsibilities
Implement department policies and procedures.
Schedule staff and conduct team meetings.
Accurately handle and record controlled drugs.
Interview, train, and mentor new and existing staff.
Deliver employee performance feedback.
Monitor day-to-day activities and engage with support staff.
