Department: University Hospital | Perioperative Imaging
Scope of Position The Perioperative Imaging division encompasses mobile radiographic and fluoroscopic equipment located in University Hospital, Brain and Spine Hospital, James Cancer Hospital locations. Plain film and fluoroscopic procedures are performed utilizing state of the art Digital Radiography equipment.
Position Summary The Radiologic Technologist performs fixed and mobile radiographic/fluoroscopic and mobile CT procedures for the diagnosis/treatment of disease or injury in the OR and Periop Locations. In addition, the position provides patient education and performs quality assessment activities for the division, under the direction of the Imaging Manager.
Minimum Qualifications For Hire: Current Radiography license, ARRT (R) required. Current Radiography ODH license required. Previous radiographer experience is preferred.
