Responsibilities
Deliver outpatient physical therapy services to patients.
Follow organizational protocols, incorporating the center’s vision, values, and mission into daily practice.
Maintain accurate documentation and comply with regulatory standards.
Qualifications
Licensed Physical Therapist in Wisconsin (or in the immediate process of obtaining licensure).
Minimum 1‑year recent experience as a Physical Therapist in outpatient settings.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Compensation & Benefits
Weekly pay: $2,019.
