Travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist
Cross Country Allied is hiring a travel Physical Therapist for a 13‑week assignment at a Skilled Nursing Facility in Groveton, Texas, starting 1 May 2026. Pay is $2,505 per week.
Responsibilities Assess patients’ mobility, strength, and function. Develop and implement individualized PT treatment plans. Maintain accurate PT records and documentation. Educate patients and families about PT goals and home exercise programs.
Qualifications At least 1 year of recent experience in a skilled nursing setting. Degree in Physical Therapy or relevant field. BLS certification (AHA). Current state or compact PT license.
