Registered Nurse (RN) – Richmond ER Float Pool
Bon Secours Mercy Health invites experienced Registered Nurses to join our Richmond emergency room float pool. We offer a
$10,000 sign‑on bonus
for qualifying candidates.
Duties
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team.
Provide advanced treatment and care to patients with complex diagnoses.
Evaluate, update and revise plan of care to facilitate achievement of planned and expected outcomes.
Administer medications safely in accordance with state practice, Bon Secours policies, and procedures.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
b Graduate of an accredited associate’s or bachelor’s degree in nursing.
b Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
b Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).
b Basic Life Support (BLS) – American Heart Association required.
b Two or more years of clinical RN experience in ER.
Compensation & Schedule
36 hours per week, with self‑scheduling.
Full‑time night shift; shift differential available for night and weekend shifts.
One summer and one winter holiday required; every third weekend required.
