Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant / COTA
We are seeking Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) for skilled nursing facilities and rehab departments throughout NYC and Long Island. COTAs work with a multidisciplinary team to provide treatments and patient/family education, improving patients’ physical and cognitive functions.

Hourly Pay : $40 / hour (W-2), $45 / hour (1099)
Responsibilities
Collaborate daily with OT Supervisor and follow the established Plan of Care for all patients.
Provide quality therapy services to individuals in a SNF setting requiring care related to TBI, CVA, Stroke, Parkinson’s, Multiple Sclerosis, Cancer, orthopedic surgery, and other debilitating diagnoses.
Monitor and document patient progress using innovative EMR software.

Current NYS OTA license and registration.
EMR competence.
State‑required medical documentation for work in a skilled nursing facility (physical exam, TB test, MMRV vaccine record or titers, Covid vaccine documentation).
Valid proof of identity and work authorization.
Malpractice/liaibility insurance.
