About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Prime Staffing to find a qualified ICU/Critical Care RN in Flowood, Mississippi, 39232. The position requires a Registered Nurse – ICU with a minimum of 2 years of ICU experience, an active State or Compact RN License, and BLS and ACLS certifications (expire dates included). All time‑off requests must be submitted with the initial application.
Description We are seeking an experienced ICU Registered Nurse to provide critical care to patients with life‑threatening conditions. Responsibilities include continuous monitoring, medication administration, ventilator management, and coordination with multidisciplinary teams. This position requires strong critical thinking, quick decision‑making, and the ability to work under pressure. It is a 12‑hour night shift role with weekend, holiday, and call coverage required. Floating to similar acuity units may be expected. Average onboarding time is 4–6 weeks.
