Registered Nurse (PRN)
Caris Healthcare is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide nursing care to patients under physician’s orders. The role focuses on assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care and nursing plans.

Pay and Availability $30–$45 per hour, depending on experience and responsibilities. This is a PRN (as needed) position with a rotating on‑call schedule.

Responsibilities
Assess, monitor, and document patient symptoms using required software.
Collaborate with patients, families, partners, and interdisciplinary team to develop individualized care plans.
Serve as patient advocate, providing information on patient rights, grievance procedures, reimbursement procedures, and family responsibilities.
Observe and evaluate patients’ physical and emotional status, safety factors, and family dynamics to determine education needs for caregivers.
Supervise, evaluate, and direct aides and licensed practical nurses in accordance with guidelines and regulations.
Participate in the on‑call rotating schedule and provide back‑up assistance as requested.
Qualifications
Registered Nurse licensed in the state of operation.
Experience in hospice or home health preferred; nursing experience required.
Sound knowledge of nursing principles, procedures, and patient family teaching.
