Responsible for patient care/service and assigned duties under the direction of the Registered Nurse. Qualifications
Education
High school diploma or equivalent. Successful completion of a basic cardiac arrhythmia course or an arrhythmia test given by the Education Department is preferred. Techs working with IVs must have successfully completed an IV course. License/Certification
Current BLS Certification required. Approved Crisis Management Course required. Certificate of completion of a basic cardiac arrhythmia course preferred. Certified Phlebotomist preferred. IV Certification preferred. About Universal Health Services
