We’re a close-knit team that believes in creating a warm, welcoming environment for our residents. Our mission is to provide individualized supportive living that feels just like home. We’re not about fancy titles or corporate jargon – we’re about kindness, compassion, and making every day special for those we care for. We are hiring for a full-time evening position that totals 40 hours. The hours are Monday through Friday 3pm-11pm. What We’re Looking For
Heartfelt Caregiver: You genuinely care about people and want to see them thrive. Patient Listener: You understand the importance of listening and providing emotional support. Positive Attitude: You bring a smile to work every day and spread positivity. Team Player: You’re ready to roll up your sleeves and help out wherever needed. Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Building Relationships: Spend quality time with our residents, getting to know them and their unique stories. Personal Care: Assist with daily activities like bathing, dressing, and grooming – always with dignity and respect. Supportive Presence: Be there for emotional support, whether it’s sharing a laugh or offering a comforting hug. Encouraging Independence: Help residents with their goals, big or small, and celebrate their achievements. This includes daily living activities such as personal care, household chores, and cooking. Creating Joy: Plan and participate in fun activities that bring joy and excitement to our home. Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of services provided to ensure all team members are up to date on care given. Why You’ll Love It Here

A heart full of compassion and kindness A desire to make a difference Experience is great, but we believe in potential and the power of a positive attitude Must be 18 years of age or older, have a High School Diploma or GED, be able to successfully pass a background check, and have a driver's license and reliable transportation with insurance. This position requires the transportation of clients. Preferred Qualifications
