What You’ll Be Doing:
Teach life skills: potty training, self‑help, play, social skills, and communication
Encourage confidence and independence in children
Support families with positivity and guidance
Collect and analyze behavioral data to track progress
Implement ABA therapy under supervision
What We’re Looking For:
Psychology students, recent graduates, or those interested in the psychology field
High school diploma or GED (college experience a plus)
A heart for kids and a passion for helping others
Reliability, professionalism, and a positive attitude
Willingness to get CPR certified and pass a background check
RBT certification OR willingness to train and earn it (we cover the cost!)
Benefits:
Competitive pay starting at
$18/hour , with raises every 6 months for the first 2.5 years
$250 sign‑on bonus for certified RBTs
$50 monthly attendance bonus + $50 monthly documentation accuracy bonus
