Position Details
Shifts Available: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Employment Type: Full-Time and Part-Time opportunities as well as PRN

Key Responsibilities
Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with their care plans
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor residents’ conditions and report any changes to the care team
Collaborate with interdisciplinary staff to ensure high-quality care
Foster a safe, clean, and respectful environment for residents and team members
Qualifications
Current LPN license in the state of Ohio
Strong clinical and communication skills
Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented
Active CPR Certification
