Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) School-Based Position Near North Highlands, CA
We are seeking a dedicated and student-focused Speech-Language Pathologist to join a school-based team. This position offers the opportunity to work collaboratively with educators, families, and support staff to help students achieve their communication and academic goals.
Position Details
Setting: School-Based
Schedule: Full-time
Start Date: ASAP-EOSY
Employment Type: Contract with potential for renewal
Responsibilities
Evaluate and provide therapy services for students with speech, language, articulation, fluency, voice, and pragmatic disorders
Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs)
Participate in IEP meetings, evaluations, and progress monitoring
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines
Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student success
Provide consultative services and classroom-based support as needed
Qualifications
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Active or eligible state SLP license
CCC-SLP preferred, CFY candidates considered
School-based or pediatric experience preferred but not required
Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
