The Dalles Health and Rehabilitation Center is looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to oversee nursing care for our residents. This role involves supervising other staff members, adhering to care plans, and performing general nursing duties. Key Responsibilities
Supervise nursing care for residents. Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. Collaborate effectively with the healthcare team. Qualifications
Graduate from an accredited nursing school. Current RN licensure in the state of employment. Proven knowledge of nursing processes, especially in geriatric care, long‑term care, and rehabilitation.
