What We’re Searching For We are looking for a dedicated and licensed Occupational Therapist in the state of Florida to join our compassionate team. The ideal candidate is someone who values patient-centered care and is committed to helping individuals regain their independence and improve their quality of life. If you have a passion for working with patients in a home health setting and making a real difference in their daily lives, we’d love to hear from you!
What You’ll Do Provide occupational therapy services and assessments to patients in their homes Guide and instruct patients through prescribed therapeutic care. Assist in the implementation and development of patient care plans Prepare progress notes following visits for patients’ charts
What You Need Completion of an accredited Occupational Therapy program Licensed to practice within the state of Florida Member of the American Occupational Therapy Association preferred CPR certification required (Online certification not accepted) At least one year of institutional experience Reliable transportation
