Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Primary Therapist based in Houston, TX. The Primary Therapist will be responsible for conducting assessments, creating and implementing individualized treatment plans, facilitating individual and group therapy sessions, and providing case management for clients. The role includes working with clients facing addiction, dual diagnosis, and mental health challenges to support their recovery journey. Collaboration with a multidisciplinary team of clinicians and professionals is a critical part of this role to ensure quality care and holistic recovery.

Qualifications

Experience and expertise in Treatment Planning and Case Management

Knowledge and skills in Social Work and Chemical Dependency

Familiarity with Dual Diagnosis treatment and approaches

Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving abilities

Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field

Valid licensure/certification as an LP, LMHC, LCSW, or equivalent (or eligibility to obtain)

Prior experience in behavioral health or addiction treatment settings is preferred
