General Job Description
IES Residential is currently seeking Residential Electrician Helper in the Kerrville, Texas.

Responsibilities
Pulling wire through conduit and making connections to electrical panels, junction boxes and other electrical components.
Hot check trouble shoot
Reading and interpreting blueprints, and building codes to determine electrical layouts and wiring requirements
Adhering to safety protocols and regulations to prevent workplace accidents and injuries
Carry, hold, and organize materials required for completing projects.
Maintain a clean and safe work area.
Communicate effectively with team members and take direction from supervisors and licensed electricians.
Promptly report any unsafe working conditions or incidents to the appropriate person.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Clean driving record
Ability to pass a background and drug test
Knowledge of the National Electric Code (NEC) is a plus.
Ability to follow instructions and work independently when needed.
Must have good communication and interpersonal skills
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, bend, and work in tight spaces for extended periods.
Comfortable working at heights (ladders, scaffolding) and in outdoor weather conditions.
