This position is sign-on bonus eligible and qualifies for a $15,000 sign–on bonus, provided the candidate meets eligibility requirements! This position is also eligible for a relocation bonus if current residency is outside of the designated distance to facility. We’re Looking For
More than one year of RN experience
Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association
What You’ll Do
As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
Using evidence‑based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
About This Location Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center, located in Winston‑Salem, NC, is a key part of our nationally recognized academic health system. Our 885‑bed tertiary care hospital houses the region’s only children’s hospital, burn center, and Level I adult and pediatric trauma centers.
