Outpatient Physical Therapy Office (Towson, MD)
We are a growing practice that values patient outcomes over volume. We provide high‑quality care through one‑on‑one treatment sessions in an energetic, motivational atmosphere.
Position Overview We are looking for an outgoing, reliable, self‑motivated, open‑minded, positive‑thinking, entrepreneurial, and genuine Physical Therapist to join our team.
Qualifications
Advanced degree in physical therapy from an APTA‑accredited program.
1–2 years of clinical experience (preferred).
Current MD state license in good standing with the Maryland State Board of Physical Therapy Examiners.
Responsibilities
Evaluating each patient in a way that is specific to age, illness, injury, and/or disease.
TIMELY preparation of written plan of care based on evaluation findings using web‑based EMR.
Supervising the implementation of each plan of care and coordinating treatment with support staff.
Complying with established clinic metrics for therapists and administrative staff.
Actively participating in ongoing marketing strategies to ensure the health of our practice.
Willingly participating in community events to help promote the practice.
Being a proactive member of our team, bringing proposed solutions to any problems that may arise.
Helping foster a professional environment that is friendly and welcoming to everyone.
Displaying a willingness to go above and beyond to ensure each patient’s satisfaction.
