Job Details
Full-time (4-5 days a week) or part-time(1-3days a week)
15 -20 patients per day
MD or DO
Compensation is fee for service (FFS); expected compensation is estimated income range of $247,762to $293,315 annually for full-time clinicians and$148,088 - $177,705 annually for part-time clinicians with no cap on productivity income potential; this full-time role is benefits eligible
Responsibilities
Drive high-quality, safe, and cost-effective patient care in post-acute carecommunities
Inpatient rounding in skilled nursing facility, inpatient rehabilitation facility, and long-term care hospital
Collaborate with other clinician interdisciplinary teams and follow CMSguidelines
Work closely with hospice, palliative care, and home care agencies for safepatient transitions
Ensure timely documentation and billing through our EMR (Gehrimed) meetingMedicare guidelines
Qualifications
Board certified family medicine (FM), internal medicine (IM), or emergency medicine (EM)
Willing to train experienced candidates as well
Licensed in state
