Key Qualifications

Valid, active Delaware SLP license required

Experience working as an SLP in school-based settings preferred

Ability to manage a split caseload in elementary education, including traditional and autism support

Strong communication and collaboration skills within a school environment

Reliable transportation for onsite presence

Primary Responsibilities

Deliver speech‑language therapy services to elementary students in both traditional and autism programming

Collaborate with educators and support staff to support student success

Maintain accurate documentation and comply with school policies and procedures

Participate in professional development and team meetings as required
