skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner
to join our dedicated Rheumatology team. What You’ll Do: Patient Care Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized care plans Diagnose and treat rheumatologic conditions, prescribing medications as needed Provide preventive care services including screenings and patient education
Administrative Duties
Maintain accurate and compliant electronic health records Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals Participate in quality improvement initiatives

What We’re Looking For: Education:
Master’s degree or higher Experience:
1–5 years in a clinical or practice setting; geriatric care experience a plus
