Licensed Practical Nurse at Innovative Renal Care
Job Summary Our Licensed Practical Nurses are part of a multidisciplinary team in providing safe and effective dialysis therapy for assigned patients under the direct supervision of a registered nurse. This role focuses on building relationships and bonds with patients and their families.
Responsibilities As an LPN, you will:
Assist in dialysis therapy under RN supervision.
Develop relationships with patients and families.
Follow safety, operating, and procedure manuals.
Communicate effectively with clients and staff.
Perform IV medication administration as required by state guidelines.
Qualifications
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with current state licensure.
Additional IV medication class, if required by state guidelines.
Meets all state/licensing requirements.
ESRD experience preferred.
Basic Life Support (BLS) and CPR certification.
Ability to read and interpret safety, operating, and procedural manuals.
Effective communication with clients and staff.

Salary Range
$18 - $32 per hour depending on experience and qualifications.
