We’re seeking a talented, part‑time Speech‑Language Pathologist to join our school‑based services team in Olympia, WA.
Professional License Requirements
ASHA‑recognized Masters or Doctorate degree from a CAA‑approved program
Active SLP license authorized in the state you’re applying to
What to Expect From This Role
Implement SLP therapy treatment for school‑aged children with cognitive communication disorders, speech and/or language impairments or delays
Serve as a member of the Individualized Education Plan (IEP) Team for students with speech and/or language concerns
Maintain appropriate records through Invo’s proprietary software
Coordinate with school personnel and parents to develop appropriate programs for eligible students
Ensure all services are performed in accordance with state laws and regulations
Professional Development and Support Invo supports you across three areas:
Basics: Paid Time Off, medical & supplemental benefits, professional liability coverage, short‑term disability, 401(k) with company match
Professional Development: $500 allowance for professional development items, $225 per year for membership dues, licensure reimbursement, unlimited CEU library, Employee Assistance Program
