Healthcare Recruiter - Local Travel Required
Location: Scottsdale, AZ
Salary: $70,000–$80,000 annually with quarterly bonus. Position works PST or MST hours.

Job Description
Recruit for positions across all locations and departments, at all levels of staff/management; common positions include nursing faculty, allied health, operations, and corporate roles.
Provide full‑life‑cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, scheduling, and offer management.
Manage all candidates on requisitions at the assigned campus in the Applicant Tracking System.
Meet weekly with campus leadership to understand immediate and future hiring needs.
Leverage online recruiting resources and employ creative search techniques.
Review resumes and phone‑screen candidates for skill and experience fit.
Provide compelling information to candidates about the company and position.
Prescreen candidates and present information to hiring managers.
Coordinate communication with candidates.
Prepare candidates for interviews by setting expectations and sharing company, industry, and hiring department details.
Maintain accurate, well‑ordered documentation of recruiting activities and process updates.
Work with hiring managers to ensure a clear understanding of company culture.
Participate in developing creative, cost‑effective candidate sourcing strategies.
Develop an effective talent pipeline for immediate hire in key positions.
Stay informed of recruiting trends and innovative techniques.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of recruitment experience.
Knowledge of all full‑life‑cycle recruiting components: sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessing, legal, job analysis, wage & salary trends, relationship management, and due diligence.
Minimum 2–3 years as a recruiter, career services professional, or sales/strong customer service background.
Experience in healthcare recruiting preferred.
Strong project management skills.
