in Durham, NC. This full‑time, non‑exempt position provides day shift care for individuals in behavioral health and substance use recovery.

Base Pay & Sign‑On Bonus Hourly wage: $36.00 – $39.00 Sign‑on bonus: $12,000

Location & Shift Durham, NC – 309 Crutchfield Street Day shift 7:00 am – 7:00 pm (rotating schedule)

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate services with community health, mental health, and social service agencies to ensure comprehensive care.

Assist patients in developing and documenting individualized care plans.

Conduct assessments and create treatment plans; provide individual and family counseling.

Supervise nursing treatment and monitoring, including chronic disease management (e.g., diabetes, blood pressure).

Respond to crisis calls, providing assessment and intervention as needed.

Manage medication administration per protocol and maintain accurate clinical documentation.

Maintain compliance with federal, state, and institutional regulations; uphold the company's Code of Conduct and Conflict of Interest policies.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve productivity and patient outcomes.

Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Graduated from an accredited school of nursing; RN license (compact preferred).

Minimum 1 year of experience in a behavioral health setting.

Knowledge of psychiatric medications and their indications.

Strong documentation skills; basic computer proficiency.

Excellent communication, listening, problem‑solving, and attention‑to‑detail.

Trauma‑informed care experience preferred; bilingual preferred.

Driving compliance per company policy if required.

Legal 3‑year background check and substance‑use testing for all hires.
