Clinical Laboratory Technologist – FT – Nights – $15K Sign on Bonus – MHW Location:

Pembroke Pines, Florida

Summary:

The entry-level Clinical Laboratory Technologist is responsible for performing, evaluating, and reporting technical laboratory procedures on patient specimens to facilitate diagnosis and treatment. Follows established procedures to ensure laboratory quality control and compliance with professional standards of practice.

Shift:

10 PM – 6:30 AM

Days per week:

5 days, including weekends

Experience:

At least 1 year in a hospital or reference lab with hematology and chemistry experience, highly preferred.

Responsibilities:

Reports test results promptly according to established protocols. Follows procedures for quality control, regulatory compliance, and institutional policies. Manages resources (productivity, supplies, instruments). Completes work efficiently.

Education and Certification Requirements:

Associate’s Degree (Required). Clinical Lab Technologist License (TN License). State of Florida (FL).

Additional Job Information:

Basic knowledge of laboratory procedures and instrumentation. Ability to communicate with internal and external customers. Basic knowledge of laboratory information systems. Requires critical thinking, decisive judgment, and ability to work with minimal supervision. Must handle stressful environments. No prior work experience required.
