Job Title: Test & Evaluation Lab Tech (Electronic Equipment)
Duration: 12 Months
Location: Berkeley, MO
Shifts: 1st shift - 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Responsibilities:
Participates in test design and performs routine procurement, fabrication and assembly of components, test fixtures and test systems.
Facilitates systems integration, fabrication and modification; supports system pre-test setup, integration, checkout, and post-test teardown.
Conducts routine tests, analyses data and documents results.
Troubleshoots basic laboratory and test-related problems.
Works under close supervision.
Describe the project/day-to-day activities they will be working on:
We support many different programs by building electronic test equipment.
Contractor is expected to: Interpret Engineering Drawings, Select Tools and Materials, Fabricate per Drawing.
Training and mentorship will be provided.
What are the Top 3-5 Technical/Software Skills needed to perform this role/job:
Experience with electronic schematics and/or drawings.
Experience with crimping, soldering, and using a multimeter.
Basic Electrical and Mechanical knowledge and work experience.
