All Star Physical Therapy in San Jacinto, CA is looking for a driven and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to join our close-knit, outpatient orthopedic team. Pay Range:
$48 – $58 per hour
Job Location:
San Jacinto, CA
Sign‑on bonus up to $10,000 plus daily productivity bonuses available. All of our PTs receive daily productivity bonuses which often add up to around an extra $1,300/month.

Responsibilities
Review patients' medical history
Provide excellent 1-to-1 care for patients, spending an average of 30 minutes with each person
Diagnose patients by observing their movements and listening to their concerns
Develop individualized treatment plans for patients with clear goals and expected outcomes
Use exercises, stretching, equipment, and hands‑on manual therapy to manage patients’ pain, increase mobility, and prevent further pain and injury
Record patient progress and modify the plan of care as needed
Qualifications
Physical Therapist licensure in good standing in California
CPR and first aid certification required
AHA BLS required
New graduates and experienced Physical Therapists welcome to apply
Must successfully complete all pre‑employment standards
