We’re looking for a
Machine Tool Mechanic
who can service, troubleshoot, and repair all major CNC machine tools with confidence and precision. If you love diagnosing complex mechanical and electrical problems, working hands‑on with high‑end equipment, and solving challenges most techs wouldn’t dare touch—this is your kind of shop.
What You’ll Do
Analyze, inspect, and repair CNC machinery using precision test equipment
Troubleshoot and correct complex mechanical and electrical issues
Perform installations, alignments, rebuilds, and major overhauls
Disassemble, tag, repair, and reassemble machine tool components
Coordinate and complete service calls independently
Assist and train other technicians as you grow into a leadership role
Maintain clean, organized work standards that reflect true craftsmanship
Work directly with operators, production teams, OEMs, and internal technical experts
(Scraping/fitting experience? Great. Not required—just adds to your value.)
What You Bring
3+ years of CNC machine tool repair experience
Strong mechanical knowledge and advanced troubleshooting ability
Ability to diagnose electrical/electronic circuitry to the component level
Solid understanding of CNC controls from various manufacturers
Mechanical tool set and knowledge of hand/power tools
Excellent communication and customer‑facing skills
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet
