What You’ll Do
Support individuals with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as hygiene, meal preparation, and mobility.
Assist with medication administration and health documentation under supervisor guidance.
Encourage independence, community participation, and personal development.
Provide companionship, behavioral support, and emotional encouragement.
Maintain accurate daily documentation (T‑Logs, service notes, etc.).
Ensure safe, respectful, and person‑centered care in all settings.
What You Bring
High school diploma or GED required.
Valid Class E (MO) or Class C (KS) driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and assist individuals with personal care.
Compassionate, dependable, and professional demeanor.
Must pass background, FCSR, and health screenings prior to hire.
One year of related experience or education in human services or healthcare preferred.

Pay: $19/hr plus weekend differential pay.
Work Setting: Residential homes in the Chillicothe, Missouri area.
Schedule: Full‑time or part‑time; day, evening, and overnight shifts available.
Training: Paid onboarding and continued professional development.
