At Riverwood Center we have a team of caring and committed professionals providing a wide array of personalized services to individuals with behavioral health, intellectual & developmental disabilities and substance use disorders. Riverwood Center is located in beautiful Southwest Michigan with staff at seven sites across Berrien County. We are accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities and a member of Southwest Michigan Behavioral Health, Michigan Association of Community Mental Health Boards, and the National Council for Behavioral Health.

Responsibilities
Provides phone and face-to-face triage, crisis intervention, brief therapeutic interventions, and initial “Requests for Service” to consumers seeking services
Provides a screening of consumer benefits and level of need to determine population eligibility
Provides referrals to services to internal and external service providers
Qualifications
Master’s Degree in an appropriate mental health discipline
Two or more years’ experience providing treatment to individuals with a mental illness
Excellent computer and interpersonal skills, punctuality, ability to organize and manage several projects/tasks simultaneously, and work independently
Licensed by the Michigan Department of Commerce or Professional Regulation as a LLMSW, LMSW, TLLP, LLP, LLPC or LPC and must become fully licensed within 30 months of date of hire
