Job Posting Title Maintenance Tech

Job Description Summary

Three to five years’ experience in skilled or semi-skilled maintenance required

Electrical knowledge / training and electrical machine repair preferred

Familiarity with CNC machinery (Okuma, Fanuc, Siemens) is preferred

Job Description

Performs scheduled and unscheduled maintenance as well as equipment installation

Duties would include, but not limited to, electrical, hydraulic/pneumatic repair, building and machinery maintenance and fabrication

Strong electrical/mechanical aptitude is required

Must be dependable and safety oriented

Knows and understands Quality System requirements

Must be flexible in working hours including overtime, holidays, and different shifts as required

Required Skills and Education

High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Basic skills: critical thinking, reading comprehension, electrical print reading, blue print reading, communication

Good interpersonal skills

Complex problem solving skills: problem identification, information gathering, information organizing, idea generation, idea evaluation

Technical skills: programming, troubleshooting, operation monitoring, testing

Working knowledge of techniques, materials, tools and equipment used in machinery maintenance

Formal apprenticeship or equivalent training and experience

Strong computer skills necessary

Must be shift flexible

Ability to work well with others

Good attendance

Negative pre-employment and random drug test
