Leprino Foods broke ground on the $1 Billion facility in the summer of 2022. The plant became operational in 2024 with Phase 1 and will become fully operational by 2026 with Phase 2.

Starting Pay $23–26 for Quality Team Member positions, depending on role.

$30 for Team Lead positions.

Additional $1/hr for time worked between 6 pm and 6 am.

Additional $1/hr for Relief positions.

Paid weekly.

Positions Available Lab Team Leads, Relief Techs, Powder Techs, Micro Lab Techs, Raw Milk Lab Techs, In‑Process Lab Techs, Melt/Cheese Grading Lab Techs.

Schedule Varies by position. 12‑hour shifts, day and night available. Weekends and holiday availability required.

Responsibilities

Operate equipment and processes safely, ensuring quality of incoming raw materials and outgoing products according to SOPs, GMP, and safe work practices.

Maintain 5S standards and participate in continuous improvement.

Communicate effectively with team members, leads, supervisors, and managers.

Use strong time‑management and organizational skills.

Meet food safety and quality requirements by following the Food Safety Plan, Quality Plan and company policies.

Required Qualifications

18 years of age or older.

Ability to speak, read and write English.

Basic chemistry, biology, or lab experience through on‑job training, high school or college coursework.

Basic math skills.

Complete required documentation in written and electronic form.

Enter and pull data from computer systems.

Access elevated work areas such as climbing ladders/stairs.

Understand and apply standard operating procedures.

Wear required personal protective equipment and comply with all applicable safety practices.

Lift moderate weights repeatedly throughout the shift.

Stand/walk throughout the shift.

Work in hot, humid, and cold areas.

Work overtime, nights, weekends, holidays, and 12.5‑hour shifts.

Lifting Requirements

30 lbs mid‑chest lift.

55 lbs pallet to head lift.

44 lbs chest to head lift.

Stair climbing.

Ladder climbing.

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience in quality in a manufacturing environment.

2 years of manufacturing experience.

Additional Requirements Must be willing to work in a manufacturing environment that operates 24/7/365, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
