We’re looking for an ambitious individual to join our Bath store as a qualified full-time Hearing Aid Dispenser (HAD). In this role, you’ll dispense hearing aids to customers with hearing difficulty and deliver top‑notch customer service every single time. You’ll have access to high‑quality equipment and be part of a professional, welcoming environment with support from our expert team to help you progress.
Our business
We’re recruiting for our Bath Hub, which includes a dedicated audiology test room. The forward‑thinking HAD will provide care to patients across the store, performing hearing tests and advising on the best competitively priced hearing aids to ensure a first‑class experience. Wax removal (microsuction) qualification is advantageous. What’s on offer
Full‑time, including weekends (37.5 hours) Salary up to £45,000 (DOE) Bonus structure Extensive support for career development, including opportunities to progress into roles such as Clinical Lead or a pathway to partnership 33 days holiday (FTE), including Bank Holidays Enjoy an additional paid day off on your birthday to celebrate you!
