is partnering with Prime Time Healthcare to find a qualified RN for a stepdown unit in Natchez. In this role you will deliver top‑level patient care, collaborate with healthcare professionals, and support patients during critical recovery periods.
Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive nursing care in a stepdown/PCU/IMC setting
Conduct assessments, develop care plans, and administer medications
Coordinate with physicians, therapists, and other staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Monitor patients’ vital signs and respond promptly to changes in condition
Document patient care accurately and maintain timely charting
Qualifications
Registered Nurse (RN) license in Mississippi
Experience in step‑down or intermediate care unit preferred
Strong clinical assessment and critical‑care skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
