Clinical Supervisor (RN)
Georgia Hospice Care is seeking an experienced RN Clinical Supervisor to lead and coordinate patient care services within our hospice and palliative care team.
Overview Become an RN clinical supervisor with Georgia Hospice Care. You will oversee the care team, ensure highest quality patient care, and help orient new employees while receiving support from our leadership and professional development opportunities.
Responsibilities As a clinical supervisor you will:
Coordinate, supervise, and implement professional and supportive services for hospice patients in a safe, cost‑effective manner.
Oversee the care team and provide education and training related to clinical practice, regulatory and reimbursement changes.
Help orient new employees and serve as a key member of the care team to ensure every patient receives the highest quality care.
Collaborate with supportive leadership to maintain an inclusive, respectful work environment.
Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited nursing school (BSN preferred). Current state license as a registered nurse.
2-3 years of supervisory experience as an RN in an appropriate clinical care setting (home health or hospice).
Evidence of clinical and supervisory knowledge appropriate to assigned supervision responsibilities.
Reliable transportation and physical ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently and lift 80–100 lbs.
