Conducts individual assessments and provides diabetes self‑management education based on needs assessment.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualification Requirements
Bachelor's (Required), Master's Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES) - EV Accredited Issuing Body, Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS) - EV Accredited Issuing Body, Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) - EV Accredited Issuing Body.
Pay Range
$29.60 - $55.05
