Position Overview Our Store Directors are the heart of the client experience through daily client interaction, thorough Team Member training, and excellent service. They find passion in the continual training and development of their employees—and ensure each and every client leaves with a smile on their face. Store Directors balance inventory management, scheduling, administrative duties, team development, and training to create a warm environment for both Team Members and clients.
Responsibilities
Effectively communicate and execute new operational initiatives in your store.
Interview and hire new Team Members to S+B standards.
Work alongside Team Members in delivering tanning or sugaring services.
Monitor store-level utilization, demand, labor trends, and staff accordingly.
Develop and provide feedback to all Team Members to grow the talent bench.
Create a weekly employee schedule.
Maintain and order inventory.
Create a warm, fun, and friendly environment for all Team Members and clients.
Meet company and State Board standards on store cleanliness and organization.
Work shifts alongside the team by spraying or sugaring clients (depending on designated service).
Participate in, provide feedback, and share wins on our weekly management call.
Requirements
A passion for the beauty industry (esthetics/ cosmetology experience preferred, but not required).
An interest in growing with S+B.
A positive attitude that cultivates a great work environment for all.
Open and flexible availability (full time).
Prior management experience in a retail or salon environment.
