Full‑Time Tues‑Sat: 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. / 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. OR Mon‑Fri: At least two evening shifts per week Qualifications

License: LCSW, LPC, LISAC, LMSW, LAC, LASAC or LMFT in good standing in Arizona Master’s degree in a behavioral health field (MA, MC, MSW) Experience treating co‑occurring disorders preferred; behavioral health experience preferred; new graduates considered AZ licensure reimbursed when renewed as a Terros Health employee (according to policy) Salary: $57,000+ for associate licensed therapists; $70,000+ for independent licensed therapists Duties

Provide outpatient counseling services to clients Conduct intakes, assessments, treatment and discharge planning, and group counseling through evidence‑based practices Chart progress, maintain clinical records, and ensure implementation of treatment and discharge plans Monitor and follow up on client needs, and submit monthly service reports as required Coordinate services in collaboration with state, federal, and local agencies Provide client‑centered outpatient clinical services to individuals and families Benefits & Wellness
