Suring, WI . Job Purpose
To plan, organize, develop, and direct Occupational Therapy Services in the facility in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations, ensuring the highest quality resident care. Responsibilities
Conduct regular screening of residents to determine the best intervention or treatment per patient. Evaluate residents to inform and develop treatment plans; set short- and long‑term goals and methods to achieve them. Interpret and communicate evaluation findings, treatment plans, and recommendations to residents, families, and the interdisciplinary team. Establish individual resident therapy schedules in cooperation with other team members. Conduct therapy per treatment plan and ensure proper documentation and billing of Occupational Therapy services. Perform additional duties as assigned to effectively treat patients. Oversee COTA as needed, ensuring documentation and treatments meet clinical excellence and reimbursement standards. Education & Qualifications
Degree in Occupational Therapy. Active Occupational Therapy license in the practicing state(s). Ongoing continuing education and professional development to maintain licensure and certification. Benefits
