About the Role DaVita is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse who will provide compassionate care in an outpatient dialysis center. You will make an exceptional difference in the lives of patients and their families dealing with end‑stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease. Key Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care in a dialysis setting.
Float to various facilities during and after training.
Operate water treatment system following CMS guidelines.
Build meaningful, long‑term relationships with patients and families in an intimate outpatient setting.
Deliver care to patients with multiple comorbidities requiring unique treatment plans and broad nursing skills.
Work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements
Current LPN–LVN license in the state of practice.
Current CPR certification.
IV certification if required by state regulations.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Completed training program approved by the medical director and governing body per CMS guidelines before operating the water treatment system.
BONENT or CHT certification preferred or as required by state regulation.
Preferred: Minimum of one year’s experience in a hospital or clinical setting.
Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Word and Outlook; functional proficiency in DaVita systems within 90 days of hire.
